摘　　要：如何在民办高校推行素质教育,通过哪些灵活手段来全方位提升学生综合素质,这是目前民办高校急需解决的一个问题。仰恩大学从培养学生＂学会做人、学会做事＂着手,深化教育教学改革,全面推进素质教育,努力提高人才培养质量,并取得了一些成果。通过对仰恩大学推进素质教育经验的总结,探讨民办高校推进素质教育的可行之路,以对兄弟院校有所借鉴。How to implement quality education and through which flexible means to enhance students＇overall quality is a probem to be solved by private colleges and universities.Yang-En University trains students to conduct themselves and learn to do things,deepens educational reform,promotes quality education,strives to improve the quality of talent training,and has achieved some achievements.The author attempts to explore the practical way to promote quality education in private colleges through summarizing the experience of promoting quality education in Yang-En University and provide some reference for other universities.
