摘　　要：教学内容现代化,是当代大学教育教学改革中一项十分重要而紧迫的任务。水土保持工程作为水土保持与荒漠化防治专业的核心骨干课程,具有实践性、科学性和综合性特点。以课程特点为出发点,充实、更新与优化课程教学内容,借以推动课程全面教学改革,提升教学质量,提高学生实践能力。Modernization of teaching content is a very important and urgent task for modern tertiary educational reform. ＂Soil and Water Conservation Engineering＂ is characterized by practicalness, scientificity and comprehensiveness as a core curriculum for soil and water conservation major. Some measures concerning enrichment, renewal, optimization of teaching contents of ＂Soil and Water Conservation Engineering＂ from the above characteristics were discussed to promote the curriculum teaching reform, enhance teaching quality and improve students＇ practical ability.
