摘　　要：为筛选出适宜在天津地区种植的鲜食糯玉米品种,对参加2012年天津市预备试验的15个鲜食糯玉米组合的产量、生育期、农艺性状、外观品质以及食味品质等进行了评价鉴定。通过播种、田间考查记录数据、收获后考种分析各品种的农艺性状和产量,以及评价小组成员对15个组合的感官品质、蒸煮品质的打分评价筛选出了食味品质好的组合。结果表明,糯预2、糯预3和糯预5为理想组合,值得在天津地区推广种植。In order to screen out the suitable varieties of fresh-eating waxy corn in Tianjin area, it is identified and evaluated the yield, growing period, agronomic traits, appearance qualities and eating qualities of the 15 combinations participating in the preliminary tests of Tianjin in 2012. By sowing, recording the data of field investigation, analyzing the agronomic characters and yield of different varieties after harvest, and evaluating the sensory qualities, cooking qualities of these 15 combinations by the members of the evaluation team, the combinations of good eating qualities were screened out. The results indicate that the waxy corn 2, 3 and 5 are the ideal combinations to be worthy of widely extending in Tianjin area.
