摘　　要：中高职衔接已成为职业教育发展的主流趋势,尽管一些职业院校积极探索中高职衔接模式并取得了一定成效,但人才培养质量的整体水平还有待进一步提升,质量保障体系亟待从组织系统、制度体系、运作机制和监控评价系统等方面加强建设。Although the cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education have achieved some results, the overall level of personnel training need to be promoted and the quality assurance system need to be build. Building the quality assurance system of conhesion between secondary and higher vocational education, we need to strengthen the organization system, operating mechanism, monitor and evaluation system.
