摘  要:北京舞蹈学院中国舞考级课程在二十多年的教学发展中,十分注重学生在一定的共性环境和共性认识下进行舞蹈的启蒙和进步,同时根据不同学生的心理变化和个性主张进行因材施教,通过对教材的灵活实施和对教学方法的不断改进,在遵守考级课程规范、严格、科学、严谨的共性追求的同时,尊重和保护学生的个性思想,引导学生的个性发展方向,从而使学生在身体与心理两方面都能得到健康与进步。In the 20-year-development of Chinese dance grading courses teaching in Beijing Dance Academy, the enlightenment of dance learning based on common environment and acknowledgement has gained great attention. Meanwhile, we advocate individualized quality education based on different students' psychologies and personalities. With the flexible implement of textbooks and continuing improvement of teaching methods, we respect and protect students' personalities and lead the development of students' individualities, as well as follow the common rules of grading courses teaching like formality, strictness, science, and preciseness. Therefore, the students will be heahhy and progressive both physically and psychologically.
