摘  要:介绍了-种对愈创木酚和乙醛酸缩合反应产物3-甲氧基-4-羟基-扁桃酸(下称扁桃酸)水溶液进行高效氧化的方法。将溶解有扁桃酸的水溶液pH调至12.0~14.5,然后按扁桃酸和氧化铜摩尔比1.00:1.15混合后加入自吸式反应釜中,搅拌加热到80℃以上,开始通入氧气进行氧化反应,反应时温度控制在80~120℃,至反应体系不再消耗氧气时为反应终点。反成液再经过固液分离、脱羧反应得到香兰素。反应工艺得到了简化,减少了反应时间,保证氧化反应在2h之内完成的同时,可以降低废水中TOC(总有机碳)含量35%以上.还能大大降低反应设备的体积从而减少设备投资。A high efficient oxidation method of mandelic acid solution (main component was 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy mandelic acid) resulting from condensation of guaiacol and glyoxylic acid was introduced in this paper. First, the pH of this aqueous solution was adjusted to 12.0 - 14. 5, then it was mixed with copper oxide in molar ratio of 1.00 to 1.15 and added to a self-priming reactor, heated to over 80 ℃ under stirring, oxygen was introduced to conduct the oxidation reaction, the reaction temperature was controlled at 80 - 120℃, the end point of reaction was reached when no oxygen was consumed. After solid-liquid separation and decarhoxylation of the reaction solution, the vanillin was obtained. The method could simply the process, reduce the reaction time, ensured the completion of reaction within 2 h, also it reduced the content of TOC in waste water by more than 35%, and greatly reduced the volume of the reaction equipment to decrease equipment investment finally.
