摘 要:知识经济时代,高新技术企业间的竞争是人力资源的竞争,但人力资源本身具有复杂性和不确定性特点导致人力资源价值计量不能很好的解决。本文在借鉴他人研究成果基础上,对人力资源价值计量问题中的计量方法进行研究。论文创新之处:①在计量人力资源价值时既考虑人力资源投入成本也考虑人力资源新创造的价值;②我们通过货币计量与非货币计量的结合来计量人力资源价值时,并且其中要体现人力资源价值的个体差异特性。In the era of knowledge economy, the competition in high-tech enterprises is the competition of the talents, the competition of human resources. The complexity and uncertainty of human resource itself leads to the measurement of human resources value not solved very well. In this paper, on the basis of others research results, we research on the measurement of hu man resource value measurement. The innovations of the thesis are: (1) in the measurement of human resource value we should consider not only the cost of human resources but also we should consider the human resources in the new value creation. (2) In the measurement of human resource value , we should consider different methods. namely we should combine monetary and non monetary measurement , and we should reflect the individual differences value of human resources.
