摘 要:目的 测评八年制医学生职业精神现状,为开展职业精神教育提供参考.方法 采用改编的医学生职业精神评估表,由导师、带教教师和病人对82名实习期八年制医学生的职业精神进行评价.结果 八年制医学生职业精神总体评价较好,在7个职业精神评价指标中,“尽职尽责”评分最低,“荣誉感和正直”评分最高;带教教师与导师评分仅在8个指标(共29个指标)的差异上有统计学意义,但与病人评分在6个指标的差异上有统计学意义(P<0.05),病人评分低于带教教师评分;不同年级医学生的职业精神的评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应该强化医学生尽职尽责和沟通能力教育,教育医学生帮助同行改进不足、介入他人不专业操作、深入探究医学不确定问题,并增强情绪自控及沟通能力培养,且注意从病人对医生的职业行为期望方面着手实施.Objective To evaluate the status of eight-year medical student' s professionalism and provide reference for professionalism education. Methods An adaptation evaluation form on professionalism has been used to assess professionalism of 82 eight-year program students by their tutors, teachers and patients. Results Professionalism of eight-year program students overall is in a better scope, "honor & integrity" get highest score and "responsibility & accountability " get lowest score in seven evaluation elements of professionalism; Only eight indicators ( total there are 29 indicators) difference was statistically significant between score of teachers and tutors, but difference with the patient score was statistically significant at the six indicators (P〈0.05), patients rated a lower score than teachers; The difference of professionalism ratings between different graders was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Responsibility & accountability and communication skills education of eight-year medical students should be strengthened. The students should be educated to help their fellow workers improve inadequate facets, intervene on behalf of patients when others behave unprofessionally, recognize and deal with medical uncertainty, and enhance emotional self-control and communication skills. We should take notice of the expected aspects of doctors' professional behavior from patients when implementing professionalism education.
