本科护理学专业实习生心理健康状况及其影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的 调查了解本科护理学专业实习生的心理健康状况及其影响因素.方法 应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）,以问卷方式对30名本科护理学专业实习生进行调查.采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析.结果 本科护理学专业实习生的SCL-90总分及各因子得分与全国常模相比无统计学差异;对影响本科护理学专业实习生心理健康状况的相关因素数据分析显示,性别、家庭收入、是否第一志愿录取以及是否备考研究生或公务员与本科护理实习生心理健康状况存在一定相关关系.结论 本研究结果显示本科护理学专业实习生的心理健康状况达到全国常模水平,本科护理学专业实习生的部分个人资料与心理健康状况之间存在相关关系.Objective To describe the psychological status and its Influencing factors among undergraduate nurse interns. Methods A descriptive design was used in this study. By convenient sampling, 30 undergraduate nurse interns from the nurse college of Sun Yat-sen University were recruited into this study. A basic information questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） were applied to measure their basic information and psychological status. SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data. Results For the score of SCL-90, there is no significant difference between the score among undergraduate nurse interns and Chinese norm. The result also showed that gender, family income, whether the first voluntary admission and whether for graduate or government functionary could influence mental health status among nursing undergraduate interns. Conclusion Undergraduate nurse interns psychological health status was not different from Chinese norm, and could be influence by some personal characteristics.
