快速鉴别粽叶水中Cu^(2+)的方法研究

摘　　要：粽子大多为粽叶所包裹产品。为了保证粽子的卖相,不法供货商用硫酸铜、氯化铜等化学染色手段生产返青粽叶。这种返青粽叶肉眼不易鉴别。利用Fe能置换溶液中的Cu2+变成Fe2+,Fe2+能与邻二氮菲生成稳定的红色络合物的原理,寻找一种快速简便的鉴别Cu2+的方法,以便初步判断返青粽叶的方法。Bamboo leaf was usually used as container of dumpling .In order to ensure the bamboo leaves to be sold illegally , some traders provide dyeing bamboo leaves by copper sulphate and copper chloride , which were identified difficultly by eyes .In this paper ,in order to determine dyeding bamboo leaves by a simple and rapid method for Cu 2＋identification ,through the replacement reaction with Cu 2＋,Fe transform into Fe 2＋,and a stable red complex was formed by Fe 2＋and phenanthroline .
