膨化食品中铅含量的测定

摘　　要：利用萃取浓缩膨化食品中微量元素铅 ,用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定 ,并对测定条件进行了初步探索。By the method of extraction and concentration, the trace content of Pb in popped food is determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and the determinedly conditions are explored preliminarily.
