摘　　要：本文结合CBE/DACUM教学思想 ,阐述旅游教育中理论与实际结合的问题。以专业饭店实习的观念更新 ,具体论述CBE/DACUM的主要观点 :培养学生的标准应该是社会工作实际需求的标准 ;培养学生主要在于培养学生的各种能力技能 ;In light of CBE/DACUM a teaching/training approach from Canada this paper reviews traditional tourism education system in China,and points out that the criteria for qualified tourism personnel should be the standard the real business world requires,the teaching and training programs should focus on competence and skills on the part of the students and so should they be evaluated and examined.
