摘　　要：通过对虾白斑杆状病毒ＤＮＡ文库和ｃＤＮＡ文库的碱基序列测定和分析，发现 对虾白斑杆状病毒的一个开放阅读框的前导序列中含有一个小顺反子，这个小顺反 子较多使用对虾基因和白斑杆状病毒基因的稀有密码子．试验表明在该基因的前导 序列中存在或不存在小顺反子时，该基因都可在大肠杆菌中诱导表达，但两者的表达 量不同．小顺反子可能对基因的表达具有调控作用．There exists a minicistron in the leading sequence of p204 gene through the sequencing and analysis of libraries of DNA and cDNA from WSBV, p204 gene is predicted to be a membrane polypeptide gene. The minicistron utilizes unusual codons of genes from prawn and WSBV. The P204 genes with and without the miniciston in their leading sequence can be expressed in E. coli. But the amount of expressed products between them are different. Maybe the minicistron controls the expression of p204 gene.
