摘 要:纯电动汽车在起步爬行和换挡时常出现车身抖动的现象,从电机系统的角度分析了产生该现象的原因,设计了一种积分分离式转速调节器与带转速微分负反馈转速调节器相结合的调速控制系统。通过电机台架试验和整车试验进行试验验证,试验结果表明,该系统具有良好的动静态性能,提高了车辆起步爬行和换挡时的平顺性。The electric vehicles often have body shake phenomenon when starting to crawl or shifting.The reason of the phenomenon was analyzed from the point of motor control system.A speed control system combined with integral separation speed regulator and speed differential negative feedback speed regulator was designed.Tests were made by motor bench and vehicle.The test results show that the system has good dynamic and static performance,and can improve the ride comfort when vehicle starting to crawl and shifting.
