摘　　要：以高校为研究对象,通过分析现行上海市高校养老金计发办法的现状和存在的不足,提出实现其改革的目标和原则,并试图解决改革中衔接新老办法的难点问题,对将来在上海事业单位养老保险制度改革的试点工作做一些初步探索。Taking colleges and universities as an example, the purposes and the principles of the reform is put forward by analyzing the status and deficiencies of pension counting and distribution for colleges and universities in Shanghai. It is tried to solve the difficulties during the transition. This is a preliminary exploration towards the pilot work of pension insurance system reform of public institutions in Shanghai.
