摘  要:为了研究乳酸菌对小鼠血清中IL-2、IFN-γ的影响,试验采用2株乳杆菌LZ1、LZ2按不同剂量分别饲喂小鼠,在10,20,30天测定其血清中IL-2、IFN-γ含量。结果表明:随着饲喂时间的增加,LZ1菌株低、中、高剂量饲喂组IL-2的含量不断增加,LZ2菌株低、中、高剂量饲喂组IL-2的含量不断降低;LZ1菌株和LZ2菌株低、中、高剂量饲喂组IFN-γ的含量均呈不断降低的趋势,但是LZ2菌株高剂量组在第20天突然增加,IFN-γ的含量超过其他组。说明不同菌株、不同剂量,所导致的IL-2、IFN-γ含量的调节效果也是不同的。To study the effects of lactic acid bacteria on the contents of interleukin 2 ( IL - 2 ) and interferon - gamma ( INF - T ) in blood of mice, 2 strains of lactobacillus ( LZI and LZ2) were used to feed mice with different doses, respectively; then the contents of IL -2 and INF - γ in serum were determined at the 10th, 20th and 30th day. The result showed that the contents of IL -2 in the low, medium and high dose groups of LZI strains were continuously increased with the increase of feeding time; while the contents of IL- 2 in the low, medium and high dose groups of LZ2 strains were continuously decreased. As for the contents of INF - γ, all the LZ1 and LZ2 strain groups showed a decreased tendency with the increase of feeding time; but the contents of INF -γ, in the high dose group of LZ2 strains were increased suddenly at the 20th day, and exceeded the other groups. The results indicate that different strains and doses have different effects on the regulation of contents of IL - 2 and IFN - γ.
