摘 要:目的建立新疆赤芍组分库,探讨药材组分的分离与表征方法。方法选取新疆赤芍为研究对象,利用抗血小板聚集模型对其组分进行活性初步筛选。将各组分HPLC分析图与其活性研究结果相结合,观察已确认有活性的化合物是否是组分产生活性的物质基础。结果乙酸乙酯组分(CS-EA)活性显著,其中活性最强的组分为其第二部分(EA-2)(P<0.01),共指认出新疆赤芍中的4种化合物(没食子酸、儿茶素、芍药苷、丹皮酚)。结论利用HPLC,获取乙酸乙酯组分的化学指纹图谱,并结合活性实验结果对组分进行初步表征。OBJECTIVE To construct a library of the multi-components of Radix Paeoniae Sinjiangensis and explore the methods for its separation and characterization. METHODS The antiplatelet aggregation activities of the crude extracts and different polar compo- nents of Radix Paeoniae Sinjiangensis were preliminarily investigated by pharmacological models. The activity of each component was com- bined with its HPLC chromatogram to judge whether it could reflect the activity of the components or not. RESULTS The ethyl acetate extract (CS-EA) had significant antiplatelet aggregation activity, and part 2 of the component (EA-2) was the best (P 〈 0. 01 ) ,in which gallic acid, catechin, paeoniflorin and paeonol were identified. CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate component of Radix Paeoniae Sinjiangensis is preliminarily characterized by combining the HPLC fingerprint with results of pharmacological experiment.
