超高压旋转清洗盘的设计及密封分析

摘　　要：设计了一种大型壁面清洗除锈爬壁机器人用的超高压旋转清洗盘,介绍了该旋转清洗盘的结构及工作原理,并针对清洗盘旋转密封的设计进行了计算和分析。实际的应用表明,该清洗盘能够满足泄漏量小、除锈效率高、即除即干的工作要求。An ultr-high pressure water cleaning rotary plate was designed for the large wallrust re-moval climbing robot,the structure and working principles of the cleaning rotary plate were intro-duced,and the design directing at the cleaning rotary seal was calculated and analyzed.Practical appli-cations show the cleaning plate meets the requirements of little leakage,high rust removal efficiency, and simultaneous drying during rust removal.
