摘 要:在文献回顾的基础上,通过问卷调查法检验了员工的主动性人格、心理安全感、知识分享能力对创新行为的内在作用机理,研究结果表明:(1)员工的主动性人格、心理安全感和知识分享能力均对其创新行为具有显著的正向影响作用;(2)心理安全感在员工的主动性人格与创新行为之间的关系中具有调节作用。当心理安全感较低时,员工的主动性人格对其创新行为的影响作用更明显;(3)知识分享能力在员工的主动性人格与创新行为之间的关系中具有调节作用。当知识分享能力较低时,员工的主动性人格对其创新行为的影响作用更明显。Based on the Review of Literature, this study examines the relationship among proactive personality, psychological safety, knowledge sharing capability and employee's innovation behavior through the questionnaire survey. The results show that proactive personalities, psychological safety, knowledge sharing capability have a pos-itive impact on the employee's innovation behavior. In addition, psychological safety prominently moderates the re-lationship between proactive personality and employee's innovation behavior. What’s more, knowledge sharing capa-bility also plays a moderating role between proactive personality and employee's innovation behavior. That is to say, the lower employee's psychological safety and the lower knowledge sharing capability is, the stronger positive relationship between proactive personality and employee's innovation behavior.
