摘 要:劳务派遣用工是我国一种重要的补充用工形式,并在我国高校图书馆中普遍采用。本文概括了高校图书馆劳务派遣用工的基本状况,分析了这一用工形式所发挥的积极作用及存在的问题,并提出了解决这些问题、化解相关风险的方法,主要包括:杜绝违反劳动合同法规现象、减少辅助性工作岗位、压缩劳务派遣用工规模、提高劳务派遣人员工作技能、激发劳务派遣人员的工作积极性等。Labor dispatching is a kind of important supplementary form of employment in our country,and widely used in libraries of colleges and universities.The author summarizes the basic situation of the labor dispatching in libraries of colleges and universities,analyzes the positive significance and shortcomings of the labor dispatching, and puts forward a series of method to resolve these problems and related risks.They mainly includes:putting an end to violation of labor laws and regulations,reducing the amount of auxiliary job positions and dispatched workers,improving the work skills and work enthusiasms of dispatched workers,and so on.
