摘　　要：总结了北京信息科技大学国家级电子信息与控制实验教学示范中心从2001年至2013年的建设经验,在此基础上针对创新人才培养模式进行了有一定实践意义的探索,并提炼出了中心的实践教学理念,在实际的培养人才的过程中采用了多种实践教学手段,强化了学生的知识综合应用能力和创新能力的培养,总结了建立综合性实践教学环境对培养创新人才的作用。A lot of experience from 2001 to 2003 is firstly summarized when the experimental teaching center of electronic information and control from BISTU has been built .The exploration and practice on cultivating innovative talents are put into effect ,and the effective experimental teaching idea of the center is defined .In the process of practical training a variety of practical teaching methods is adopted ,and the comprehensive and innovative ability of students are increased .
