摘　　要：化学和生物学、医学等学科的日益加强,使得化学生物学这一新型交叉学科孕育而生并快速发展。浙江大学为了给学生提供必要的化学生物学基本知识和实验技能,于2005年开设了"化学生物学实验"课程,2013年1月完成《化学生物学实验》,这是我国第一本正式出版的该领域的实验教材。该文着重介绍了在课程建设、教材建设、实验室建设及师资队伍建设等方面所进行的富有成效的探索和实践。Biochemistry is a newly emerged interdisciplinary area due to the increasing importance and interaction among chemistry ,biology ,medicine and other related academic disciplines . In order to provide college students with fundamental knowledge on biochemistry and sound related experimental skills ,Zhejiang University has launched an experimental course of Biochemistry Experiment since 2005 .A textbook named“Biochemical Experiment” was written by the teachers in Zhejiang University and officially published in January 2013 .It was the first textbook in the field of Biochemistry Experiment published in China .In the past 8 years ,Zhejiang University has conducted effective and successful exploration and implementation work in various areas ,related to the course of Biochemical Experiment .These include curriculum and teaching material development ,laboratory construction and teacher training program .
