摘　　要：针对制糖工业使用的流化干燥床控制系统在自动控制中的特性要求,选用西门子PLC控制器S7-300PLC作为控制器核心,研制了专家控制系统。论述了专家控制系统在流化干燥床自动控制系统中排送风量解耦控制的实现方法,从理论上证实了该控制方法的可行性,并在制糖生产实际应用及调试过程中验证了该控制系统的正确性。According to the requirements characteristics of automatic control in fluidized bed dryer used sugar industry,the Siemens PLC controller S7-300PLC was used as the core of the controller.Expert control system was developed.The expert control system was introduced in the automatic control system for fluidized bed drying out the realization of the air output decoupling control method.The feasibility of this control method was proved theoretically.The correctness of the control system was tested during the practical application and debugging process in sugar production.
