生态视域下高校班级文化建设问题与对策

摘　　要：生态视域下的高校班级文化建设,其核心是寻求科学世界与生活世界的高度整合,促进班级成员的"生态人"发展。但目前高校班级文化建设缺乏对学生整体性和可持续性发展的关注,存在着种群缺少生存与发展空间、主体关系失衡、群体活力与凝聚力不高等问题。要解决这些问题,应从构建生态化虚拟网络交流空间、加强种群主体关系的生态化管理、多维度提升种群活力等方面入手,推动班级文化建设的创新与发展。From the perspective of ecology, the core of college class cuhure construction is seeking the high degree integration of science world and life world, promoting the development of class members to ＂the ecological man＂. The attention to the student integrity and sustainable development in the college class culture construction is often absent, and there are some problems such as lack of survival and development for population, unbalance between the main bodies, low group vitality and low cohesion. To solve these problems, it should be emphasized to construct ecological virtual network communication space, strengthen the ecological management of relations between the main bodies and improve the population dynamic multidimensionally, thereby promoting the innovation and development for class culture construction.
