摘  要:从实证角度出发,通过对2004届至2013届共521名生物科学师范毕业生的就业岗位进行跟踪调查,结果显示:教师行业仍是生物师范专业毕业生的主要从业方向,然而,专业对口的中学教师行业竞争激烈。因此,大学生培养应从优化传统课程教学,提升师范专业素养;鼓励学生参与科研,培养实践动手能力;注重第二课堂活动,增强学生综合素质;重视职业规划引导,促进多元就业择业等四方面夯实学生就业能力,提高就业竞争力。Tracking studies were executed on the employment of 521 graduates from 2004 to 2013 of biological teacher professional from an empirical perspective. Results showed that teaching position was still the main working direction for the students. However, the career competition for middle school teachers becomes more and more intense. In order to cultivate students' employment ability and enhance their career competitiveness, four aspects were discussed in this research, including optimizing traditional course teaching, improving teachers' professional accomplishment, encouraging students to participate in scientific research to cultivate their practical ability, attaching importance to second classroom activities to improve students' comprehensive quality; attaching importance to the career planning guidance in an attempt to promote multiple choices for employment.
