摘　　要：校企合作不仅是高职教育人才培养模式改革的必然,也是高职教育人才培养的重要手段和提高人才培养质量的必经之路。只有认真分析学校、企业、政府在校企合作中存在的问题,找到影响并制约校企合作的主要因素,才能将校企合作真正引向深入。School--Enterprise Cooperation is not only a necessary reform of the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education, which is also an important means of cultivating talents in Higher Vocational Education and the only way which must be passed of improving the quality of the talents. Only by a careful analysis on the problems of the cooperation existing in the school, enterprise and government, and only by finding the main factors which influence and restrict school--enterprise cooperation, can we deepen this co- operation really.
