摘　　要：在成人法学教育中倡导法律职业伦理关怀,有利于提高法律人的道德伦理自决能力,保障现代法治的良性运行。法律职业伦理关怀不同于普通的伦理关怀,它基于法律职业的特殊性而具有其应然内容。通过重构成人法学教育理念,改革成人法学教育路径和教育方法,实现成人法学教育中法律职业伦理关怀的构建。It is favorable for both improving the self determination capacity of law and fulfilling the ultimate objects of the law to emphasize the consideration of legal profession ethics in adult legal science education. The ethic consideration in legal profession is different from normal ethic concern. It is practicable to construct the ethic consideration of legal profession in adult legal science education through reconstructing the educational idea and reforming the educational methods.
