摘  要:本科层次的小学英语师资在培养过程中还存在学生专业情感不深、专业知识掌握不牢、教学能力缺乏,教学实践不实的现实。需要加强入校的专业情感培养,强化其小学师范意识;加强教学改革,提高培养质量;切实落实教育见习实习,提升教育教学实践能力,以保证培养质量的全面提高。Some problems exist in the process of primary English teacher training,such as the lack of professional emotion, professional knowledge, teaching practice. Strategies can be taken with the enhancement of the professional emotion training at the entrance to college, strengthening teaching reform and teaching quality, implementation of teaching practice, so as to improve the students' practical teaching ability and guarantee the cultivation quality.
