“理实一体化”教学在生物化学检验课程中的实践与评价

摘　　要：目的:评价"理实一体化"教学模式在高职《生物化学检验》课程教学中的效果。方法:对学生随机分班,设立对照班与实验班,前者运用传统的教学方法,后者尝试"理实一体化"教学模式,最后通过技能考核、理论课考试、实验班教学问卷调查等方法进行教学效果评价与比较。结果:实验班学生操作技能与理论成绩均显著高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论:"理实一体化"教学模式有利于提高《生物化学检验》课堂教学质量,是一条符合医学职业教育规律的途径,值得进一步探索和完善。Objectives：To evaluation the effectiveness of integration of theory-practice teaching model in clinical biochemistry.Methods：The students were randomly divide into classes, established the control class and the experi-mental class, the former by using traditional teaching methods, which try to integration of theory-practice teaching model, and compare the skills assessment, theory course examination, the experimental class teaching questionnaire survey of the teaching effect evaluation. Results：Skills and theoretical achievements of the experimental class are sig-nificantly higher than the control class（ P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion：Integration of theory-practice teaching model is proved to be a useful way of improving teaching quality of？clinical biochemistry and a way which is accordance with the rules of medical occupation education. It is worth further exploring and improving.
