摘 要:源于西方的本科生导师制以学分制为前提,倡导"个性培养"。传入我国后,虽有一定成效,但受制度环境的不合宜性、导师职责界定模糊、缺乏对制度目标的系统研究以及师资短缺等因素的制约,远未达到"培养个性"的理想目标。改变这一现状需要从观念、体系化的目标设定、制度环境等方面去寻求突破。Undergraduate's tutorial system,which originated from western countries, advocate "individuality' s cultivation". Butafter introduced into China,it was not fully play its role well on "individuality's cultivation" because of some nagative factors' restrict, such as the impropriety of the institutional environment, the vague location of the tutor's responsibilities, the laekage of systematic studies about the institution's targets,and the shortage of teachers,etc. In order to improve it,we need to find some new breakthroughs from the concept,the appropriate systemtic goal-setting,and the institutional environment.
