摘 要:通过研究锥形拉深件的变形特征,确定了锥形件在拉深过程中的起皱部位,并通过模拟结构和试模结果验证了这一结论的科学性;利用Dynaform软件对锥形拉深件的无压边、平面压边和锥形压边的拉深过程进行数值模拟,分析了三种情况下的拉深状态,从而确定了合理的拉深成形方案;通过对模具结构的改进,解决了侧壁起皱问题,可生产出合格产品。此方法为锥形拉深件的成形工艺提供了实际参考价值。By researching deformation characteristics of conical drawing part, the wrinkling position occurred in the drawing process of the conical drawing part has been determined. The scientific nature of the conclusion has been verified by the simulation result and die-testing result. The drawing process of the conical drawing part with non-blankholding, plane blankholding and conical blankholding have been simulated by Dynaform software. The drawing states have been analyzed and the reasonable drawing scheme has been determined. By improving the die structure, the sidewall wrinkling has been solved and the qualified products have been produced, which provides a practical reference for the forming process of conical drawing parts.
