摘 要:特殊培训作为企业人力资本投资与企业一般培训之间存在很大区别,其中特殊培训的激励机制对于培训效果的提升有着积极作用.在对企业特殊培训的经济性质和成本收益分析的基础上,确定了企业与员工之间就企业实施特殊培训的激励相容性,分析企业特殊培训的激励作用,建立了在这种激励作用下各影响因素的内在联系对培训效果产生影响的SIM模型.认为具有激励相容特征的企业特殊培训效果要受到个人因素和组织因素两方面的影响,应两个方面并行才能推进企业特殊培训和提升培训效果.强调提升企业特殊培训效果必须注重培训氛围与环境的改善与提高、发挥不同因素对于培训效果提升的不同效用、有层级的培养与提高各因素对培训效果的积极作用.As enterprise human capital investment ,there is a big difference between special training and general training .The special training incentive mechanism has a positive effect on the promotion of the training effectiveness .Based on the economic nature and the cost-benefit analysis of the enter-prise special training ,this paper shows that there is incentive integration between Enterprise and Em-ployees .Through the analysis of the enterprise special training incentive effectiveness ,this report es-tablished SIM model ,w hich can influence the training effectiveness ,by the internal links among vari-ous influencing factors .The result shows that special training ,which has the incentive integration characteristic ,can be affected by two aspects :personal factors and organizational factors .Meanwhile , the enterprise special training and training effectiveness enhancement can be influenced by both these two factors .This paper emphasized that the promotion of enterprise special training effectiveness must focus on the training atmosphere and the environment improvement .Simultaneously ,different factors have different effects upon training effectiveness enhancement .Therefore ,the layer levels of training and various factors improvement have positive effects on the training effectiveness .
