摘　　要：为了有效实施将部队优秀士官选拔到士官院校担任教官这一士官教育改革举措,指出了实施士官教官制的必要性、可行性,探讨了士官教官制的运行形式,围绕实施士官教官制提出了主管部门要完善政策机制、部队要严格选拔标准、院校要加强培训管理等措施.这对士官教官制研究与实践具有一定的指导意义.In order to implement effectively the measure of sergeant education reform, such as selecting the outstanding sergeants from the units as drillmasters in military sergeant academies, this article points out the necessity and feasibility of implementing the sergeant drillmaster system and probes into the running forms of the system. The author proposes some measures, including the department in charge perfecting the policy mechanism, the unit control strictly the standard for selection, the academies strengthening training and management, and etc., which have a certain instructive significance on the practice and exploration of sergeant drillmaster system.
