外来务工人员子女膳食营养状况调查分析——以昆明市中学生为例

摘　　要：对昆明市外来务工人员子女膳食营养状况进行调查分析,结果表明,他们没有形成科学的饮食习惯,膳食结构不合理,一日三餐热能摄入不均衡,蛋白质、脂肪、维生素和各种矿物质摄入量均低于推荐量,导致其营养不良和低体质量检出率较高.提出要重视城市外来务工人员子女的营养问题,引导他们选择多样化的食物,注意营养平衡,同时,加强学校体育与健康教育力度,培养其健康意识等建议.Investigation and analysis on dietary nutrition status of migrant workers′children in Kunming city has been done.The result showed that they haven′t developed scientific dietary habit but unreasonable dieting structure,uneven caloric intake from three meals a day.The intake of protein,fat,vitamins and micro elements is lower than recommended,which leads to malnutrition and lower rate in eucrasia.Some suggestions are put forward that more attention should be paid to the dietary nutrition status of migrant workers′children to guide them to choose various foods,to care about balanced diet.At the same time,sports and health education in middle schools should be strengthened to help them develop the sense of health.
