摘　　要：百年大计,教育为本。办好教育,教师是关键。为提高中西部地区教育、教学质量,国家教育部和财政部于2010年启动了"国培计划——中西部地区农村骨干教师培训项目"。国培的实施要从组织管理、培训师资、培训成效、培训模式、后续跟踪等方面入手。The foundation for hundred years＇ policy is education; while the key to education is teachers.To improve education in Midwest China,the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance launched＂National-lever Training Plan—Project on Training Rural Backbone Teacher in Midwest China＂. This paper discusses its implementation experience and enlightenment from the perspectives of organization,management,teachership,effect,mode,follow-up,etc.
