摘　　要：论述了翻译过程中如何处理理解与表达的关系,强调正确理解是翻译的基础,准确表达是翻译的终极目标;论证了理解和表达的依靠性、限制性和规律性,借以指导翻译实践,促进人类交流和社会进步。This article presents how to deal with the relationship between unaerstanding translation, emphasizes that proper understanding is the basis of translation and exact expression isprocess ofthe final target of translation, and demonstrates the dependence, restrictive and regularity of understanding andexpression. These theories may be used to guide translation practice and promote effective communication andsocial process.
