摘  要:随着我国社会经济高速发展和电力体制改革不断深入,员工承担的职场压力越来越大,紧张的生活节奏与高强度的工作压力,使员工的心理和行为一时很难适应。企业有必要对员工心理状况有个系统了解,加强人文关怀和心理调适,提高员工的适应能力,让每一位员工都拥有阳光心态和健康幸福的生活。Along with the high speed development of the social economy and the continuous deepening of the electric power system reform in our country, the pressure undertaken by staff is bigger and bigger. The nervous rhythm of life and the high strength work pressure make the psychology and behavior of the employee hard to adapt. It is necessary for enterprise to have a systematic understanding about the psychological status of the employee, strengthen the humanistic care and psychological adjustment, improve the adaptive capacity of staff, and let every employee have sunny psychology and healthy and happy life.
