摘 要:本文主要研究工资水平和教育投入、性别、家庭背景等因素的关联性,以及在明瑟方程的基础上加入性别和家庭背景的因素测算教育的回报率,以此探讨现如今我国教育回报率的影响因素。首先探讨教育回报率是否过低,通过对数据进行Mann-Whitney U检验,发现存在过度教育现象。此外,通过教育回报率的影响因素分析,发现性别、教育程度、家庭背景对教育回报率存在显著的影响。This paper mainly studies the relation of wages, educate investment, gender, family background and other related factors. On the base of Mincer equation, join the gender and family background which calculate the rate of education return, in order to explore how affect China's rate of return to education factors. The first part is a- bout the question that whether the rate of return to education is too low ,and revealed the presence of over education phenomenon, by the Mann -Whitney U test , revealed the presence of over education phenomenon. In addition, the article also analysis the factors affecting the rate of return to education ,and found that family background, gen- der, level of education, has a significant effect.
