摘　　要：论文概述地方院校职业指导实践中存在的问题,分析产生这些问题的原因,提出地方院校职业指导实践应从组建专业化、专家化的教师队伍,纠正思想观念,实施全员参与,完善职业指导课程体系,实施针对性的个性化支持,构建合理有效的信息平台和加强与专业实践结合等方面的对策。This thesis summarizes the problems existed in vocational guidance practice of local universities, analyses the reasonsforthese problems, and proposes countermeasures, such as building a specialization and expert - oriented teacher group, correcting the thought and idea, executing total involvement, perfecting the vocational guidance curriculum system, offering the targeted and individualized support, constructing reasonable and effective platform, and strengthening the combination with the professional practice,etc.
