摘　　要：大学生职业生涯辅导有利于促进学生就业和实现学生的全面发展,近年来越来越受到学生、学校和社会的重视。文章在探讨高职院校大学生职业生涯辅导主要内容和原则的基础上,对高职院校大学职业生涯辅导体系的建设提出了一些合理化建议。The guidance of college students’ vocational career will be helpful to promote their employment and achieve the all-round development, which is more and more attached importance to by the students, schools and society in recent years. Through discussing the related contents and principles about the guidance of students’ vocational career in higher vocational colleges and some reasonable suggestions about building the higher vocational college students’ vocational career guidance system is put forward.
