山西省市县两级疾控中心实验室食品检测能力现状调查与评价

摘　　要：目的了解山西省市县两级疾控实验室食品检测能力,为加强疾控中心实验室食品检测能力建设提供参考依据。方法对全省市县两级疾控中心进行问卷调查。结果共收集117份调查问卷。市级疾控中心认证率为54.5%,县级疾控为10.3%;平均每个市级疾控有食品检验人员12.4人,高级职称比例达到19.8%,学历主要集中在大学本科和大专,分别占53.4%和30.1%,以40岁-50岁年龄段比例最大为36.0%,54.5%的市级疾控可检项目数〉60项,但是受理样品数量较少;平均每个县级疾控有检验人员5人,高级职称和本科以上学历所占比例均较低,年龄集中在30岁-40岁和40岁-50岁2个年龄段,分别占到35.6%和36.7%。83%的县级疾控可检项目数〈20项,且受理样品数量呈逐年下降趋势。结论全省市县两级疾控中心食品检验实验室发展仍较落后,资质认证率低和检验能力不足的问题突出,需加大投入加强建设。Objective To understand the food test capability of laboratories in the municipal and county center for disease control and prevention（CDC） in Shanxi province,and provide reference for improving the food test capability of laboratory in centers for disease control and prevention.Methods Questionaire survey was carried out in municipal and county CDCs of Shanxi province.Results A total of 117 questionnaires were collected.Attestation rate of municipal CDC was 54.5%,while that of county CDC was 10.3%.There were 12.4 food inspectors on average in each municipal CDC,the proportion of senior title accounted for 19.8%,that of education background with undergraduate accounted for 53.4%,junior college accounted for 30.1%,and most inspectors were 40 - 50 years old,accounting for 36.0%.More than a half of the municipal CDCs（54.5%）had the test ability of more than 60 test items,but the quantity of sample received was few.There were 5 food inspectors on average in each county CDC,the inspectors with bachelor degree or above,as well as senior titles accounted for a low proportion,most were in two age groups of 30 - 40 years old（35.6%） and 40 - 50 years old（36.7%）.The test items of 83% of the county CDCs was less than 20,and the quantity of sample received decreased year by year.Conclusion Food test capability of laboratories was poor in the municipal and county CDCs of Shanxi province,and the problem of low attestation rate and deficiency in test ability is prominent.It is necessary to increase investment and improve the test capacity.
