摘　　要：对以美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚为代表的发达国家相关机构和图书馆在2013年前后发布的研究报告和发展战略进行分析,发现"转变、重塑和再造"成为英美等国图书馆在发展战略中的强烈共识:图书馆为确保在未来信息交流体系中的价值和地位,重视对馆藏内容进行拓展和整合,对服务模式进行重塑与再设计,对新技术进行消化吸收和平衡利用,同时重视对于图书馆员的培养和再造。Based on the review of UK, USA, Canada and Australia released library development strategy and related research reports, this paper draws a conclusion that the transforming, recasting and recreating have been the common theme for various kinds of libraries in western English - speaking countries. To defend and manifest the value of library in the future information communication ecosystem, libraries focus on integration and developing collection, redesigning and remolding service, leveraging the new technology, and recasting the librarian.
