摘　　要：本文阐述了国内外乳及制品相关标准的发展现状,并根据国内外标准的对比,以及我国生鲜牛乳质量标准的发展历程等提出了我国乳制品相关标准应用中存在的问题,进而提出了解决问题的思路。通过本文的综述,期望能为我国乳制品行业的健康快速业发展提供一定的帮助。The paper describes the advancements of standards and laws related to both domestic and abroad dairy industry, analyzes the conditions and strategies of Chinese dairy standards according to the comparison of the domestic and international standards, the historical progress of quality standard of raw milk and so on, providing helpful advices for the fast and health development of China’s dairy industry.
