摘　　要："双师型"教师的教学质量是衡量高等职业教育发展水平的重要指标。以服务质量理论为基础,对"双师型"教师的教学特点进行分析后认为,社会需求、学生期望、学校设施、教师能力以及从业经验是双师型教师教学质量的重要影响因素。基于此,为提高双师型教师教学质量,需规范双师型教师的资质认证,完善教学设备,优化教学内容和教学方法,多渠道提升学校形象。The teaching quality of ＂dual-qualification＂ teachers is an important factor for measuring the development level of higher vocational education. Based on the service quality theory, analyzing the teaching characteristics of ＂dual-qualification＂ teachers show that, social demand, students＇ expectation, schools infrastructure, teachers＇ abilities and working experiences are important factors influencing the teaching quality of teachers. Therefore, in order to enhance the teaching quality of ＂dual-qualification＂ teachers, it should regulate the certification for ＂dual-qualification＂ teachers, optimize teaching equipments, optimize teaching contents and methods and try to enhance school image.
