影响中职项目课程实施满意度的教师因素分析——基于杭州市的问卷调查

摘　　要：以杭州市中等职业学校为例,从教师个人基本特征、教师参与项目课程开发和课程实施三个维度研究教师因素对项目课程实施满意度的影响。研究发现:教师个人基本特征中,性别、学历、专业职称对项目课程实施满意度有着显著性影响,而年龄、教龄和技术职称对项目课程实施满意度并无显著性影响;教师参与项目课程开发对项目课程实施满意度有着显著性影响;除授课程序之外,教师开展项目课程实施对项目课程实施满意度均有着显著性影响。The article analyses the influence of the faculty＇s individual characteristics, the facuhy＇s participation in the development and the implementation of the project-based courses to the implementation satisfaction of the project-based courses. The article shows that gender, education degree, title have significance influence to the implementation satisfac- tion of the project-based courses but that age, teaching time have no influence. Whether the faculty are involved in the development of the project-based courses has significance influence to the implementatiou satisfaction of the project-based courses. The faeulty＇s teaehing procedure and whether the faculty are involved in the implementation of the project-based courses have significance influence of the implementation satisfaction.
