摘　　要：目的建立快速、准确检测婴幼儿配方奶粉中亚硝酸盐含量的离子色谱测定方法。方法样品经过超声处理,再通过0.22 um滤膜、Ag柱、Na柱后以4.5 mmol/L碳酸钠溶液、1 mmol/L碳酸氢钠溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mg/L,用保留时间定性峰面积定量。结果方法的平均回收率为105.3%,变异系数RSD 4.87%,该法的最低定量下限为0.2 mg/kg。结论离子色谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中亚硝酸盐检出限满足国家标准限值,方法操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好、方法准确等。Objective To establish a rapid, accurate ion chromatography method on nitrite detection in infant milk powder. Methods After ultrasonic treatment the sample, through the 0. 22p.m filter membrane, Ag column and Na column, use the 4. 5 mmol / L sodium carbonate solution and 1 mmol / L sodium bicarbonate solution as the mobile phase, the velocity is 1.0mg / L, to qualitative peak area for quantitative by retention time. Results The average recovery is 105.3%, the RSD is 4. 87%, the recovery rate of this method is 0. 2mg/kg. Conclusions The ion chromatography method meets the national standard limit on detection nitrite in infant formula milk powder, the method has the advantage of simple, sensitive, reproducible, accurate and SO on.
