摘  要:目的调查中医院校护理本科生情商与职业决策自我效能状况,并分析二者的关系。方法采用大学生情商问卷与职业决策自我效能问卷,对某中医院校138名三年级护理本科生进行调查。结果中医护理本科生情商和职业决策自我效能得分分别为(3.45±0.41)分、(90.48±14.56)分;回归分析显示,情商中的自我意识(β=0.447)、自我管理(β=0.387)、社会意识(β=0.274)维度对职业决策自我效能有正性预测作用,能解释总变异的42.1%。结论中医护理本科生的情商对职业决策自我效能有一定影响,二者均有待提高,高校应采取措施培养学生的情商,提高其职业决策能力,促进就业。Objective To investigate the level and correlation of emotional intelligence and career decision-making self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates in the universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). Methods Totally 138 nursing undergraduates in a TCM university were investigated with Emotional Intelligence Scale and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale. Results The average score of emotional intelligence and career decision- making self-efficacy was(3.45±0.41) points and(90.48±14.56) points,respectively. Regression analysis showed that self-awareness(β=0.447) ,self-management(β=0.387) and social awareness(β=0.274) could predict the students' career decision-making self-efficacy,which could explain 42.1% of the total variance. Conclusion Emotional intelligence has positive effect on students' career decision-making self-efficacy. School administrators should take positive actions to improve nursing students' emotional intelligence thus to improve the ability of career decision-making, and help them to be employed successfully.
