摘 要:本研究以PETS-1、PETS-2、PETS-3拟聘用口试评分教师为研究对象,对口试评分的培训效果进行了研究。对比口试教师接受培训前后的评分与专家评分的一致性和完全一致的比率,对于一级口试评分而言,培训后大大提升了评分教师与专家评分完全一致的比率;对于二级而言,培训后口试教师的评分与专家的评分在相关系数上有明显提升;对于三级而言,培训后口试教师的评分与专家的评分在相关系数上略有提升,与专家评分完全一致的比率也略有提升。总体上,口试评分的培训在各级别上均有一定效果,培训后提升了评分的准确性。This article describes a study conducted to explore rater training effects of speaking tests, Public English Test System (PETS) Level 1,2 & 3, by analyzing the differences in consistency and EAP (exact agreement percentage) between inexperienced raters and expert judges before and after training. The analysis shows that, after training, PETS-1 raters achieve a significant increase in EAP, and the ratings done by PETS-2 raters also bring about a major increase in its correlation with the experts'. As for PETS-3 raters, both their consistency and EAP improve slightly. In general, rater training for PETS speaking tests reveals positive effects and ratings are improved.
