摘　　要：本文以高校国家级专门科研机构编制核定方法作为研究重点,分析了科研经费、主要成果、学术影响、人才培养等影响专门科研机构编制核定的要素,从基本研究人员、杰出人才、辅助人员编制数等几个角度考虑制定了具体核定方法,为高校专门科研机构人员队伍建设提供思路。This paper analyzes the key elements, such as scientific research funds, major research achievements, academic influence, talent cultivation, and provides the specific method of deciding manning quotas from the aspects of basic research staffs, highlevel talents, assistant staffs, etc.
