摘 要:基于新型职业生涯下员工职业生涯观念、策略、行为的转变,本文修正了包含价值观契合、能力契合和职业生涯管理契合在内的个人-组织契合量表;通过279份对企业员工的问卷调查、统计分析,证实企业员工社会资本、人力资本对其职业成功各维度均具有正向影响,个人-组织契合在社会资本与职业成功、人力资本与职业成功的关系中均发挥中介作用,即员工所具有的社会资本、人力资本通过个人-组织契合对职业成功发挥作用。Based on changing in career values, approaches and behaviors of the new career, the paper revises the scale of person-organization fit that include value fit, demands-abilities fit and career management fit; and then examines 279 questionnaire on the effects of social capital, human capital and career success from China employees. The results indicate that the correlations between social capital, human capital and career success are significantly positive, person organization fit plays a mediating role in the correlations of social capital, human capital and career success, that is to say, through person-organization fit, the social capital, human capital of employees have positive effect on career success.
